Susiluoto Attorneys-at-Law Ltd. chose to take CSI Lawyer into use as they had looked for a versatile and reliable tool software offering an integration to the Romeo e-service and serving their office also when their business would grow. CSI Lawyer was known to be particularly designed for the legal industry, professionally made and tested, and working well.
Susiluoto knew that transferring their massive and complex database to the new software wouldn’t happen overnight. However, all required data was successfully transferred to CSI Lawyer as the deployment of the new software was planned carefully and any challenges were resolved in close collaboration.
Susiluoto’s personnel was ready for the change, and their positive attitude was still reinforced by complementing the basic training with another training session later. The investment has paid back: the users find CSI Lawyer as a logic and user friendly tool. In Susiluoto’s light-weighted organization the software is regularly used by the attorneys. They are supported by Susiluoto’s own power users, who get further advice from CSI whenever needed.
The software has met Susiluoto’s expectations. The default settings speed up the use of the system, their invoicing process has reached a new level of effectiveness and some of the earlier stages in their process are even skipped completely. They can easily create clear invoices and payment reminders, and the Pivot reporting offers all the information they need. Susiluoto has also been very satisfied with CSI’s user support team which resolves quickly any problems and collaborates smoothly with their IT partner.
