I work at CSI Helsinki as a Junior Customer Success Manager, and my workdays consist of supporting our clients and resolving software‑related issues and challenges.

I am customer‑oriented by nature, and for me, customer satisfaction is the foundation of everything I do. It is important to me to genuinely be of assistance in various situations and to promote a smooth and effective customer experience. I serve our customers in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
