I work as a Junior Customer Success Manager at CSI Helsinki. My responsibilities include responding to our customers’ support requests and providing assistance related to the use of our software.

I enjoy working in the customer interface and supporting our customers in their day-to-day work. My goal is to contribute to a smooth customer experience and to develop professionally as part of the CSI team. I support our customers in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
