I work at CSI in a variety of diverse and demanding roles. Due to my other responsibilities, I don’t make it to Sörnäinen every day, but I aim to be there at least on Thursdays, when the team eats breakfast together.

Sustainability is close to my heart. I strive to ensure that CSI’s carbon footprint remains as small as possible and that no turkey, cheese, tuna, S‑market fruit loaf, or bell peppers unnecessarily end up as waste. A key part of my job also involves guarding the pack. I make sure that no one enters through the office door without receiving a proper welcome bark. If the newcomer appears to have petting potential, I keep the barking brief.

One of my favorite job responsibilities is making sure employees remember to take breaks from their work. I’ve acquired, among other things, a loud latex pig and turkey for the office, which staff can throw to me to get some much-needed movement into shoulders stiffened by desk work. The most energetic ones even end up playing tag, but most are content to simply lift my athletic body into their laps — which is decent exercise too. As a result, I’m everyone’s best friend at the office — especially for those heading toward the kitchen.
